Project Description
Technical assessment of the glazed roof over the upper three levels of the Sky Garden at20 Fenchurch Street following persistent water ingress.
Analysis & Approach
Undertook adetailed desktop review of design documentation, followed by site inspectionsto assess construction quality, waterproofing interfaces and in-serviceperformance. Findings were consolidated into a root-cause analysis withrecommendations for remedial works.
